Cancellation terms and conditions

When requesting transfer services, transfers or sightseeing tours, the client must carefully observe the stipulated deadlines. 1 - The waiting tolerance at the airport is 1 hour. After this period, if the client does not show up, the service will be considered a no-show and there will be no refund. 2 - In case of delay in meeting the schedule, we grant a tolerance of 20 minutes. After this limit, a fee of 10% of the total amount charged will be applied. 3 - The client will be waited for 30 minutes at the hotel reception to participate in tours or transportation services. After this period, the client will be considered a no-show and there will be no right to a refund. 4 - Our representative will be holding a sign with the client's name on it at the airport boarding gate. 5 - If the customer wishes to leave the airport without prior notice to the agency through the available contact channels (email; transfervictortours@hotmail.com.br, WhatsApp; +55 9299338-4654 or Telegram +55 9299338-4654), we will consider it as a communication of a no-show service, and there will be no right to a refund. 6 - Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of any service will incur a fine of 20% of the total amount paid. 7 - Any refund will only be processed within 5 business days from the date of the cancellation request. 8 - Cancellations made 7 days in advance of any service will be subject to a fine of 10% of the total amount paid. 9 - If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase of a service, they will have a period of up to 7 days to request a refund. After this period, they must contact the agency. 10 - In the event of adverse weather conditions that make it extremely difficult to carry out the tours, we will issue a voucher for rescheduling on another date or send a voucher with credit for the amount paid. We ask that customers carefully examine their vouchers, checking the details and dates of the transfer, personalized transfer or tour, in order to avoid possible complaints.
